Depending on my current caseload and ability, sliding scale options and pro-bono sessions may be available. Please reach out to discuss payment options and financial concerns. If I am unable to providing a sliding scale or pro-bono option, I will assist in locating an appropriate referral. Please consult with your insurance regarding out-of-network benefits. If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, super-bills will be supplied to you when requested. Insurance reimbursement rates will be dependent upon each individual policy.

At your request, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
