How do I get to your office?
Our office is located at 3328 Bourbon Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22408, within the Bowman Industrial Park. When you arrive, look for the ramp at the back of the building that leads to the entrance. Once inside, you’ll find Exhale in Suite 19.
Parking throughout the office park is open and unrestricted, so feel free to choose any spot that feels convenient. Many first-time visitors aren’t sure if they’re in the right place—if you find the ramp and door, you’re right where you need to be.
How frequently do you meet with clients?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can vary depending on the type of work we’re doing and the level of support needed. Over time, some clients shift to biweekly or monthly sessions as their goals evolve and symptoms improve. Clients and I work collaboratively to determine the frequency that feels both supportive and sustainable.

What is an LCSW?
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) are mental health professionals who are trained to support individuals through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Becoming an LCSW involves earning a graduate degree in social work, completing extensive supervised clinical hours, and passing a state licensing exam.
LCSWs are qualified to provide therapy, diagnose mental health concerns, and collaborate with other providers when helpful. At its core, social work centers on understanding the whole person—mind, body, and environment—and helping clients navigate life with more clarity, support, and resilience.
